Leech is in sensory range, can replicate Pyrokinesis merit as if she had a # of dots equal to (Psychic leech -1)
If source is not within sensory range, leech can only use powers “bought” with XP after exposure.
- What constitutes “exposure” is the purview of the storyteller.
- All costs for activating replicated abilities are normal, as if activating the ability normally.
